Brielle's 1st time dancing on a big stage! She had dress rehearsal tonight for her dance recital!
It took me an 45 minutes to do her hair and 10 minutes to do her make-up. And she was fine with it all. In fact, she loved every minute of it!
She loved the whole process of getting her hair and make-up done, putting on her nice dress and shoes, and posing for the camera - which I never help her with. She poses on her own.

This year in dance a lot of parents ordered these cute bears for their girls. It has the name of the recital, the dance company name, year, name of the child and a saying you could choose....we chose to put "Our Princess" on the bear and have Brielle's name embroidered on to it. They came in today....and after dance recital practice today Brielle was thrilled to see it sitting in her booster seat in the Suburban. She loves it!
After her recital practice her teacher talked with the parents from her Jazz class of 5-7 year old girls and said that they have enjoyed teaching this group of girls and they have been teaching for many years and that this group of girls is one of the hardest working and focused they have seen in awhile. That they know their routine better than some of the older girls. We are so proud of Brielle and for the hard work she has put in....but we love it more that she loves dance so much! When we watch her practice she is definitely her happiest! She has a huge smile on her face and you can tell she has found one of her talents and something that brings her happiness! She can light up the room and stage with her dancing and smile! As a mom there is nothing better than seeing your child doing something they love and seeing them so happy!
