Jaron is off to a scout camp out this weekend in Palouse Falls. He helped his leader grocery shop for it! He has a board of review Sunday after church to receive his Life rank! He only has 4 more required merit badges to get - and then he can work on his Eagle project! His goal is to get his Eagle sometime next year-when he's 14 - or close to 15 years old. I have been encouraging him to get his Eagle done before he turns 16. I told him the older he gets, the busier he will get, and the harder it will be to get it accomplished. He will probably receive an Eagle Palm as well. He loves scouts - and I am so grateful for the scouting program! It has been awesome for Jaron! He loves camping and hiking and working on merit badges. He loves to be with his buddies and enjoy the different activities they do as scouts together!
