2012 Rasmussen Memories

1.  Toby turns 40!
2. Brielle receives fairness award in kindergarten.
3. Brielle plays 2nd year of Soccer in spring & fall - Toby is the assistant coach.
4. Mikenna plays 3rd year of basketball.
5. jaron & toby go with scout troop to camp and sled in oregon.
6. Jaron makes 8th grade honor roll in middle school.
7. Jaron handles boa constrictors and pythons ~ earns merit badge.
8. jaron attends especially for youth and participates in baptisms at the temple.
9. Jaron is ordained a teacher and is called as secretary.
10. jaron earns life rank in scouts.  2 more merit badges and eagle project to go!
11. jaron competes in middle school track in the 800 meter and the 1 mile.
12. miKenna plays soccer during the Tri-Cities Fever football game at halftime.
13. mikenna makes the 3 rivers rcl club soccer team for gu12 ~ 2nd year in a row!
14. mikenna plays in the gu11 soccer state cup games!
15. mikenna plays a total of 40 soccer games in spokane, oregon, seattle, pasco.
16. mikenna’s RCL GU12 Soccer team is undefeated and is the division champions!
17. mikenna plays mid-field and middle back defense and leads her soccer team!
18. jaron performs his last band concert playing percussion after 4 yrs of band.
19. mikenna performs with her 5th grade choir group “kids on stage”.
20. mikenna is on the technology club in 5th grade & helps with the yearbook.
21. mikenna receives the caring award in 5th grade.
22. mikenna receives the president’s educational award in 5th grade.
23. Brielle dances in her first jazz dance recital after 1 year of lessons.
24. Brielle completes 2nd year of private swim lessons~swims across the pool!
25. Brielle goes to summer dance camp for jazz!
26. brielle plays in the summer youth soccer program all summer!
27. Mikenna participates in the summer youth soccer academy with her team!
28. family vacation to McCall idaho for winder reunion! boating/kayaking/fun.
29. jaron graduated from 8th grade middle school!
30. brielle graduates from kindergarten!
31. jaron practices with pasco high school cross country during the summer.
32. we buy a new family vehicle!  a nice, big chevy suburban with 3 rows of seats!
33. toby travels to california for a week of business and visits his family there!
34. toby travels to colorado to see his family and go to our nephew’s wedding!
35. toby and mandy are web masters and video/photography for soccer team.
36. toby serves as teacher to the 9-10 year olds in primary.
37. mandy serves as the assistant ward sacrament meeting chorister.
38. mandy serves on the relief society enrichment committee.
39. jaron goes on a 50 mile hike with his scout troop in oregon!!
40. mikenna receives the respect award in 6th grade middle school!
41. jaron starts high school, mikenna~middle school~brielle 1st grade.
42. jaron gets his braces off after two years!
43. mikenna participates with the 6th grade choir group!
44. mikenna earns a 4.0 in 6th grade and is recommended for high-cap classes!
45. brielle starts 2nd year of jazz dance class and 1st year of hip hop dance class!
46. brielle becomes a reader!!
47.   jaron creates 4 of his own albums in the dub-step genre of music!
48.   jaron makes pasco high school’s varsity cross country team as a freshman!
49.   jaron qualified for districts and regionals in cross country!
50.   jaron received cross country varsity letter as a freshman in high school!
51.   Toby and mandy celebrate 17 years of marriage!
52.   mikenna starts 2nd year of fast training with personal trainer for soccer!
53.   cable bridge run 5k~1,354 runners~jaron places 60th overall/20th out of 71 in his age group.             mikenna places 8th out of 43 for her age group.  toby improves his last year’s time by 4 minutes!
54.   mikenna runs in the middle school reindeer 1 mile fun run and places 2nd  out of all of the 6th grade girls and receives award and gift card/prizes!
